FARA WORKS takes its name from the Old Norse word fara, meaning "to travel."

Fara's journey began with the feelings that travel inspires in us.

The sense of calm we experience in thoughtfully designed hotel rooms, where carefully selected materials and soothing forms slow the mind, along with the comfort of stepping away from the pace of everyday life.

We set out to create objects that bring this feeling into our daily living spaces—without the need for major changes.

For our homes,

the offices where we spend most of our days,

and the guest rooms we prepare with care.

Trays, bedside organizers, travel cases, coasters, and frames became the first pieces of our collection.

We designed every piece with customization in mind, ensuring that each material can be personalized to create objects that feel unique, personal, and perfectly suited to the spaces they belong in.
